By submitting entry to READERS' CHOICE “CAR OF THE YEAR”, all Users agree to abide by the below set of terms and conditions.

1. All entries sent via post must be submitted in its original form.

2. Entries are limited to only one per person.

3. Email / phone / fax / photocopied entries will be ineligible.

4. Incomplete and / or illegible entries do not qualify.

5. All winners of the prizes will be notified via email / phone after the winners are determined.

6. Regent Media Pte Ltd reserves the right to amend or vary any of the Terms and Conditions or Contest Rules without prior notice to the participant.

7. The participant understands and accepts that personal particulars and information stated in the nomination form and any information supplied may be used by Regent Media Pte Ltd for purposes in connection with the promotion, marketing, publicity or obtaining sponsorship of the Contest, and/or for broadcasting and the exploitation of the Search throughout the world. The Contestant consents to the disclosure by Regent Media Pte Ltd of such personal information and particulars to third parties, including but not limited to the media, judges, sponsors and the public.

8. Regent Media Pte Ltd's decision shall be final in the event of any dispute concerning the operation of any element of the Contest, Contest Rules or the Terms and Conditions.

9. This Contest and these terms and conditions shall be governed by Singapore laws.
