Terms & Conditions
- Artwork Charges - Commission of artwork production
is available upon request and will remain the
property of Regent Media Pte. Ltd. Reproduction
of the original or edited artwork is not permitted
without our prior consent. Advertisers who wish
to own the artwork will be charged separately.
- Agency Commission - Standard agency commission
applies for accredited agencies.
- Outstanding Invoices - Payment must be made
within 30 days from date of invoice. A 2% interest
charge per month will be imposed as penalty
for outstanding invoices.
The publisher reserves the sole right to reject
any advertising deemed unacceptable. If material
is not submitted by the material submission deadline,
the publisher will repeat the existing copy or
in the absence of an existing copy, the space
booked will be fi lled at his discretion
